Appalachian Area definition

Appalachian Area has the meaning assigned to such term in the Marcellus Joint Development Agreement as in effect on the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ Closing Date and as amended or restated thereafter so long as the Administrative Agent receives an executed copy of any agreement evidencing any amendment or restatement of such definition (or any definition used in such definition).
Appalachian Area means the lands (and subsurface) included in the States of Kentucky, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia, provided that the Appalachian Area shall not include any Lease or other property that is an Excluded Asset.

  • The Appalachian Area Agency on Aging will ensure that each Contractor will be required to: • Ensure that Older Americans Act (OAA) funds are not used to replace funds from non-Federal sources; and • Agree to continue or initiate efforts to obtain private and other financial support for services funded under OAA.
