Processing Facilities. The processing facilities described on Exhibit F hereto, including all components of the Crawfish Plant, with all improvements, additions, equipment and ancillary parts thereof as of the Closing Date, whether described on Exhibit F or not (the “Processing Facilities”):
Processing Facilities. Processing Facilities shall be allowed to abut residential areas with a one hundred (100) foot buffer/setback. There shall be no maximum number or volume of inbound or outbound shipments, or maximum size of the Processing Facilities.
Processing Facilities. 4.8 Any mill, smelter and other processing facilities and related infrastructure on the Project Property will be owned exclusively by Ivanhoe and not by Entrée and all costs of constructing and operating such facilities and infrastructure will be solely for the account of Ivanhoe, and will not be included in Earn-In Expenditures or taken into account under the Joint Venture Agreement in calculating or adjusting the respective Participating Interests of Ivanhoe and Entrée. Ivanhoe will pay all such costs when due and will keep the Project Property free from any Encumbrances pertaining to such facilities and infrastructure. Ivanhoe may charge Entrée a fee for processing Entrée's share of Products, which will be limited to reimbursement of Ivanhoe's costs to process Entrée's share of Products as more particularly provided in Schedule B. Ivanhoe hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Entrée and its Affiliates and its and their respective officers, directors and employees from and against any and all claims, debts, demands, suits, actions and causes of action whatsoever, including legal costs incurred in defending same, which may be brought or made against one or more of them by any person, firm or corporation and all loss, cost, damages, expenses and liabilities, including without limitation environmental liabilities, which may be suffered or incurred by them arising out of or in connection with or in any way referable to, whether directly or indirectly, such facilities or infrastructure or the use or operation thereof by Ivanhoe including without limitation bodily injuries or death at any time resulting therefrom or damage to property. In constructing and operating such facilities and infrastructure, Ivanhoe will comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations and the terms of the Existing Licenses in accordance with generally accepted mining practice and will perform all reclamation and site-remediation work as may be required. Processing Facilities. (a) The Partnership shall construct the Fortune Creek Gas Plant. Contemporaneously with the execution and delivery of this Agreement, QRCI and the Partnership are entering into a Processing Agreement in the form attached hereto as Schedule E which will, inter alia, provide that the processing charge (the “Processing Charge”) for Natural Gas will be calculated such that the Partnership's investment in the Fortune Creek Gas Plant will:
Processing Facilities. The major processing facilities in the Norwegian Sea include Tjeldbergodden, Mongstad, Sture, Kollsnes and Kårstø. In general, different facilities have different functions in the integrated gas infrastructure system. Beside these facilities in the Norwegian Sea, there are also important assisting infrastructures in Europe. These connect Norway to other European countries, transporting gas from Norway to the customers.
Processing Facilities. The Contractor shall assure the City that adequate recyclable material processing capacity will be provided for City material collected. The Contractor shall provide written notice to the City at least sixty (60) days in advance of any substantial change in these or subsequent plans for receiving and processing recyclables collected from the City.

When it appears that certain xxxxx or Projects will likely require processing of the Gas for removal of commercially viable volumes of natural gas liquids, Shipper will include such anticipated processing requirements in the Plans and the Project descriptions as provided in Section 2.6. LMM shall have the exclusive option to provide processing services to Shippers for the proposed Projects as follows. If LMM elects to install Processing Facilities under a Project described pursuant to Section 2.6 to provide processing services, or to provide processing services through utilization of existing facilities (including third party facilities), it shall so notify Shippers in its Expansion Proposal (provided that Shipper has given LMM all information reasonably requested by LMM to make an informed decision). Prior to the commercial operation of the processing facilities, LMM shall designate, in its sole discretion, whether the processing services shall be provided pursuant to a Dth/keep whole structure or a percent of liquids structure, at LMM’s sole option.
