Union to Reimburse Employer for Approved Union Leave. Where requested by the Union in writing, the Employer shall continue to pay the gross pay and benefits of any employee who is granted leave under Article 7.03 and shall xxxx the Union an amount equal to the employee’s gross salary and the Employer’s costs of benefits for the period of such leave.
