Step 3 - Review by Regional Manager. If the decision of the Site Manager (or designate) is not acceptable to the grievor, the grievance shall be referred to the Regional Manager (or designate) who shall meet if requested with the Grievance Committee within fifteen (15) working days. The Regional Manager (or designate) shall reply in writing, within fifteen (15) working days following such meeting.
