Common use of Union Bulletin Board Clause in Contracts

Union Bulletin Board. 20.01 The Employer shall provide a bulletin board which shall be placed so all employees have access to it and upon which the Union shall have the right to post notices of meetings and such other notices as that may be of interest to the employees.

Union Bulletin Board. 20.01 21.01 The Employer shall provide a bulletin board at a mutually agreed upon location at each site, which shall be placed so all employees have access to it and upon which the Union shall have the right to post notices of meetings and other such other notices as that may be of interest to the employees/union members. The Union agrees that copies of all such notices will be signed by an Executive Member of the Union and further agrees to remove out-of-date notices forthwith.
