UNINHABITABLE. If the premises become uninhabitable for any reason including, but not restricted to fire, flood, or other act of God, the rental herein shall be suspended until the same has been restored to a habitable condition. Tenant shall not be obligated to rebuild or restore the premises in the event of severe damage.

UNINHABITABLE. If the premises become uninhabitable due to unrepairable damage, the Tenant can terminate the Agreement by giving written notice to the landlord. If the damage is due to the Tenant's negligence, they will be responsible for repair costs and any loss of income incurred by the Landlord.
UNINHABITABLE. A natural disaster, fire, flood, burglary, or vandalism has caused enough damage (including extended loss of power, gas, or water) to make a reasonable person find their home or destination inaccessible or unfit for use.   • PREMISES DEEMED UNINHABITABLE If the Premises is deemed uninhabitable due to damage beyond reasonable repair the Tenant will be able to terminate this Agreement by written notice to the Landlord. If said damage was due to the negligence of the Tenant, the Tenant shall be liable to the Landlord for all repairs and for the loss of income due to restoring the Premises back to a livable condition in addition to any other losses that can be proved by the Landlord.

  • Noise The Hirer shall ensure that the minimum of noise is made on arrival and departure, particularly late at night and early in the morning. The Hirer shall, if using sound amplification equipment, make use of any noise limitation device provided at the premises and comply with any other licensing condition for the premises.
