Unfit for Use. In the event of the hall or any part thereof being rendered unfit for the use for which it has been hired the committee shall not be liable to the hirer for any resulting loss or damage whatsoever.
Unfit for Use. In the event of the Premises or any part thereof being rendered unfit for the use for which it has been hired, the PCC shall not be liable to the Hirer for any resulting loss or damage whatsoever.
Unfit for Use. In the event of the premises or any part of the premises being rendered unfit for use, Weybridge Methodist Church shall not be liable to the Hirer for any resulting loss or damage whatsoever.
Unfit for Use. 18.1 The Council may cancel any hiring if the premises are rendered unfit, or become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, or are required for use as a Polling Station for a Parliamentary or Local Government election or by-election and there shall be no liability to the Hirer other than to refund any of the Total Amount Due (including any deposit paid) for the cancelled hiring.
Unfit for Use. 15.1 The VHMC may cancel any hiring if the Premises or any of the Victory Hall building is rendered unfit or become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances and there shall be no liability to the Hirer other than to refund any of the Total Amount Due (including any deposit paid) for the cancelled hiring.
Unfit for Use. In the event that the premises or any part thereof being rendered unfit for the use for which it has been hired, the Committee shall not be liable to the Hirer for any resulting loss or damage whatsoever.
Unfit for Use. In the event of the Hall or any part thereof being rendered unfit for the use for which it has been hired, the Council shall not be liable to the hirer for any resulting loss or damage whatsoever.
Unfit for Use. If the Premises are unfit or unavailable for use at any time, St John’s shall refund the part of the Hiring Fee that relates to the period that the Premises are so unfit or unavailable for use. This represents the Hirer’s sole remedy in these circumstances.
Unfit for Use. In the event of the Identified Premises or any part thereof being rendered unfit for the use for which it has been hired, The Trust shall not be liable to the hirer for any resulting loss or damage whatsoever.
Unfit for Use. If the hired premises, any part of the hired premises or any of the necessary access routes and/or communal facilities are unfit for use, Lakeside Centre shall be entitled to suspend this arrangement and shall not be liable to the Hirer for any resulting loss or damage whatsoever. The Hirer shall not be required to pay the hire fee for the suspended period when the use is suspended in this way.
