UNIFORMS AND EQUIPMENT Section 1. The City shall provide and replace sufficient uniforms for uniformed employees where uniforms are required.
Uniforms If an employee is required, by the Employer, to wear a uniform, such uniform shall be issued to the employee.
Uniforms and Protective Clothing 28.1 Where the employer requires an employee to wear a uniform, it shall be provided free of charge, but shall remain the property of the employer.
Mileage Measurement Where required, the mileage measurement for LIS rate elements is determined in the same manner as the mileage measurement for V&H methodology as outlined in NECA Tariff No. 4.
Measurements All production shall be accurately measured using standards established by the American Gas Association (AGA) and/or the American Petroleum Institute (API) and all measuring devices shall be tamper proof as nearly as possible. Oil royalties due within the terms of this lease shall be calculated on actual and accurate measurements within API standards unless a different means of measurement, subject to Lessor's approval, is provided.
Classifications 6.1 Each Employee is classified as assessed by the Employer as follows:
New Job Classifications 11.1 Whenever the Company determines it appropriate to create a new job classification in the bargaining unit, it shall proceed as follows.
Safety Measures Employees working in any unsanitary or dangerous jobs shall be supplied with all the necessary tools, safety equipment, and protective clothing.
UNIFORMS, TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT 23.1 Uniforms The Employer may require employees to wear uniforms. Where required, the Employer will determine and provide the uniform or an equivalent clothing allowance. The Employer will follow their policy regarding the provision and maintenance of required uniforms, specialized clothing and footwear. The cost of normal wear and tear and loss of required uniforms, specialized clothing and footwear due to workplace conditions is the responsibility of the Employer.
FURNITURE CLASSIFICATIONS Furniture classifications include but not limited to: Cafeteria, Dormitory, Library Shelving and Library Related, Lounge, Systems (Modular), School (Classroom), Freestanding, Seating, Filing Systems and Equipment, and Technology Support.
