Dla uniknięcia wątpliwości, Kupujący będzie zobowiązany przyjąć dostawę Gazu Niespełniającego Wymogów, jeŜeli Operator Systemu Przesyłu od Punktu Dostawy (Downstream) zgadza się przyjąć od Kupującego dostawę Gazu Niespełniającego Wymogów; z zastrzeŜeniem, jednak, Ŝe jeŜeli Operator Systemu Przesyłu od Punktu Dostawy (Downstream) odmówi następnie przyjęcia dostawy Gazu Niespełniającego Wymogów, którą wcześniej zgodził się przyjąć od Kupującego lub jeŜeli Kupujący zostanie obciąŜony dodatkowymi kosztami w wyniku dostarczenia Gazu Niespełniającego Wymogów do Operatora Systemu Przesyłu od Punktu Dostawy (Downstream), Sprzedający zwolni Kupującego z odpowiedzialności zgodnie z warunkami §8a.5 niniejszej Umowy. Zawiadomienie przekazane na podstawie § 8a.3 telefonicznie zostanie potwierdzone na piśmie tak szybko, jak to moŜliwe.

  • Offtake constraints due to Backdown The Solar Power Developer and Buying Entity shall follow the forecasting and scheduling process as per the regulations in this regard by the Appropriate Commission. The Government of India, as per Clause 5.2(u) of the Indian Electricity Grid Code (IEGC), encourages a status of “must-run” to solar power projects. Accordingly, no solar power plant, duly commissioned, should be directed to back down by a Discom/ Load Dispatch Centre (LDC).   • Under-Frequency and Over Frequency Conditions The New York State Transmission System is designed to automatically activate a load- shed program as required by the NPCC in the event of an under-frequency system disturbance. Developer shall implement under-frequency and over-frequency relay set points for the Large Generating Facility as required by the NPCC to ensure “ride through” capability of the New York State Transmission System. Large Generating Facility response to frequency deviations of predetermined magnitudes, both under-frequency and over-frequency deviations, shall be studied and coordinated with the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner in accordance with Good Utility Practice. The term “ride through” as used herein shall mean the ability of a Generating Facility to stay connected to and synchronized with the New York State Transmission System during system disturbances within a range of under-frequency and over-frequency conditions, in accordance with Good Utility Practice and with NPCC Regional Reliability Reference Directory # 12, or its successor.

  • ESTIMATED / SPECIFIC QUANTITY CONTRACTS Estimated quantity contracts, also referred to as indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity contracts, are expressly agreed and understood to be made for only the quantities, if any, actually ordered during the Contract term.
