Використання Відхилення. Якщо, відносно Індивідуального Договору та Одиниці Часу, абсолютне значення Непоставленого Обсягу є меншим ніж Відхилення, Відхилення повинно вважатись нульовим (не зважаючи на те, що ненульове Відхилення зазначається у Додатковій Угоді про Внесення Змін або в умовах Індивідуального Договору) у випадку якщо Сторона (від якої вимагалось би, за відсутності ненульового Відхилення, здійснити оплату за цією статтею 8) не виконала усі дії, які обґрунтовано підвласні їй, для Заявлення правильного Договірного Обсягу за таким Індивідуальним Договором для такої Одиниці Часу.   • Sickness and Accident If the Contractor’s Employees fall sick in the period during which they are engaged on the RLA, the UNDP shall not be responsible for arranging or paying for medical treatment and attention. The UNDP shall not be required to pay for the services of the Contractor’s Employees for any period that the Contractor’s Employees are incapacitated by sickness. If in the opinion of the UNDP, any of the Contractor’s Employees either has been or will be incapacitated by sickness for an unreasonable period or period then, and in that case, it shall be at the discretion of the UNDP to decide if and when the employment of the Contractor’s Employee under the RLA shall be terminated and the Contractor be required to replace him. In this event, the Contractor shall on receipt of instructions from the UNDP comply forthwith and shall substitute for the Employee whose services are so terminated another and satisfactory person and the whole costs of such replacements shall be at the Contractor’s expense.

  • Drug Free Workplace Act The Contractor will assure a drug-free workplace in accordance with 45 CFR Part 76.

  • Pension Fund of an Exempt Beneficial Owner A fund established in Guernsey by an exempt beneficial owner to provide retirement, disability, or death benefits to beneficiaries or participants that are current or former employees of the exempt beneficial owner (or persons designated by such employees), or that are not current or former employees, if the benefits provided to such beneficiaries or participants are in consideration of personal services performed for the exempt beneficial owner.

  • Communicable Diseases (a) The Parties to this Agreement share a desire to prevent acquisition and transmission where employees may come into contact with a person and/or possessions of a person with a communicable disease.

  • Qualifying Events In order to be eligible for COBRA continuation, you need to have experienced a Qualifying Event. A Qualifying Event is one of the events listed below which would result in loss of coverage if not for the COBRA continuation:

  • Disqualifying Offenses If at any time it is determined that a person has been found guilty of a misdemeanor or felony offense as a result of a trial or has entered a plea of guilty or nolo contendere, regardless of whether adjudication was withheld, within the last six (6) years from the date of the court’s determination for the crimes listed below, or their equivalent in any jurisdiction, the Contractor is required to immediately remove that person from any position with access to State of Florida data or directly performing services under the Contract. The disqualifying offenses are as follows:

  • Pets and Animals Except for service animals as defined in law, Resident shall maintain no pets or animals (including mammals, reptiles, birds, fish, rodents and insects) upon the premises, nor allow visitors or guests to do so, other than: (Pets’ Name). In consideration for the community allowing Resident to maintain such said pet Resident shall pay a $750.00 Non-Refundable Pet fee. In addition there will be a $50.00 pet fee charged each month.

  • Safety, breakdowns and accidents 17.5.1 The Concessionaire shall ensure safe conditions for the Users and passengers, and in the event of unsafe conditions, it shall follow the relevant operating procedures and undertake removal of obstruction and debris without delay. Such procedures shall conform to the provisions of this Agreement, Applicable Laws, Applicable Permits and Good Industry Practice.

  • Communicable Disease Bodily injury" or "property damage" which arises out of the transmission of a communi- cable disease by an "insured";

  • ANTI-COMPETITIVE BEHAVIOR Contractor will not collude, in any manner, or engage in any practice which may restrict or eliminate competition or otherwise restrain trade.
