Common use of Uncompensated Leave Clause in Contracts

Uncompensated Leave. 1. At the discretion of the Board of Trustees a permanent employee with not less than three years of service in the District may be granted a leave of absence for a period not in excess of two years. There shall be no compensation for such leave and no salary increment shall accrue during it.
