Common use of Unbroken Vacation Period Clause in Contracts

Unbroken Vacation Period. An Employee shall be entitled to receive his vacation in an unbroken period, up to a maximum of 4 weeks, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon between the Employee and the Employer.
