Common use of Unbroken Vacation Period Clause in Contracts

Unbroken Vacation Period. An employee shall be entitled to receive their vacation in an unbroken period unless otherwise mutually agreed upon between the employee concerned and the Employer. It is understood that no more than three (3) consecutive weeks may be taken at any one time.
