UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS/PETS. If an unauthorized person occupies the unit for more than 1 week the Tenant will be responsible for an additional $300.00 charge per month for each unauthorized person. If an unauthorized pet occupies the unit the Tenant will be responsible for an additional $300.00 charge per month for each unauthorized pet. UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS/PETS. Tenant is not allowed to have guests occupy the unit for more than two (2) weeks within a three (3) month period without the prior written permission of the owner (except for children born to or adopted by the tenant). Tenant is not allowed to have any pets occupy the unit without prior written authorization. If an unauthorized person occupies the unit for more than two (2) weeks within a three (3) month period the tenant will be responsible for an additional $100.00 charge per month for each unauthorized person. If an unauthorized pet occupies the unit the tenant will be responsible for an additional $100.00 charge per month for each unauthorized pet.   • Unauthorized Use Licensee, the Participating Institutions, or Authorized Users shall not knowingly permit anyone other than Authorized Users to access the Licensed Materials.

Such Carrier Change Charges may be assessed on the requesting Party by the other Party at any time after the Customer is restored to its Customer-authorized condition.

  • Unauthorized Use or Disclosure The Contractor shall notify COMMERCE within five (5) working days of any unauthorized use or disclosure of any confidential information, and shall take necessary steps to mitigate the harmful effects of such use or disclosure.

  • No Unauthorized Use Provider shall not use Student Data or information in a Pupil Record for any purpose other than as explicitly specified in this DPA.
