Unauthorised Absence Sample Clauses
The Unauthorised Absence clause defines the rules and consequences when an employee is absent from work without prior approval or a valid reason. Typically, this clause outlines the process for reporting absences, the timeframe within which an employee must notify their employer, and the disciplinary actions that may result from failing to comply, such as warnings or deductions from pay. Its core function is to ensure workplace attendance is managed consistently and to deter unapproved absences, thereby maintaining operational efficiency and accountability.
