TRAVEL TIME - LOWER MAINLAND. (a) When an employee is required to work at points outside the City of Surrey he shall receive travelling time on the following basis: Travel time during the employee's regular shift hours, Monday to Friday, inclusive, will be paid for at straight time. Travel time authorized by the Company or the customer outside the employee's regular shift hours, Monday to Friday, will be paid for at time and one-half for the first eight (8) hours and at straight time for any additional time to a maximum of four (4) hours in any twenty-four hour period. All travel time for Saturday and Sunday and any Holiday will be paid for at time and one-half for the first eight (8) hours and at straight time for any additional time to a maximum fo four (4) hours in any twenty-four hour period. He shall also be provided with fares, first-class accommodation, and board at no cost to the employee.

  • PRICING OF After Hours Coefficient What is your after hours coefficient for the RS Means Price Book for work performed after normal working hours? Remember that this is a ceiling price proposed. You can discount to any TIPS Member customer a lower coefficient than your proposed contract coefficient, but not higher. This is one of three pricing questions that are required for consideration for award on this solicitation. Please consider your answer carefully. An explanation of the TIPS scoring of pricing titled "Pricing Coefficient Instruction" is included in the attachments for your information. The below is an EXAMPLE of how the pricing model works (It is not intended to influence your proposed coefficient, you should propose a coefficient that you determine is reasonable for your business for the life of the contract): The most common after hours coefficient is time and a half of the RS Means Unit Price Book prices. To illustrate this coefficient, if your regular hours coefficient is .95, your after hours coefficient would be 1.45.

  • ETU Picnic Day In accordance with picnic day provision the Company shall require from an employee proof of picnic day attendance, ie ETU ticket purchase before payment will be made for the day. A ticket purchased in relation to an alternative union picnic day is not sufficient for the purposes of payment. Where possible no work shall be scheduled on the first Monday of December each year which is the Annual Building Industry Picnic Day.

  • Hourly Rate Divisor The hourly rate for the purposes of the calculation of overtime is the weekly all- purpose rate divided by 36.

  • Paid Time Off (PTO) Executive shall earn and accrue paid-time-off covering vacation and sick time benefits at the rate of twenty (20) days per year for employment periods of up to five years of service. The PTO accrual rate shall automatically increase by five (5) additional days for each additional 5 years of service up to maximum of thirty (30) days per year after 10 years of service. For example, after five years of service, the annual PTO accrual rate shall increase to twenty-five (25) days. Unused PTO shall carry over to the next year, but Executive shall cease accruing further PTO at any time Executive has accrued two times his annual accrual rate. Unused PTO days which are not in excess of two-times the annual accrual rate shall be paid in a cash lump sum payment promptly after Executive’s termination of employment.

  • Per Diem Nurses 550. If per diem nurses are required to move from one City location to another during normal working hours, they shall have access to Municipal Railway passes as necessary.

  • Searchable Whois Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement, Registry Operator must offer a searchable Whois service compliant with the requirements described in Section 1.10 of Specification 4 of this Agreement. Registry Operator must make available the services only to authenticated users after they logged in by supplying proper credentials (i.e., user name and password). Registry Operator must issue such credentials exclusively to eligible users and institutions that supply sufficient proof of their legitimate interest in this feature (e.g., law enforcement agencies).
