Transfers To or From Linked Bank Accounts. You may be provided with the ability to link another bank account you have with another financial institution (“linked bank account”) to your Account with us in order to make inbound and outbound ACH transfers between the linked bank account and your Account through the Online Banking Services. An “inbound transfer” moves funds into your Account from a linked bank account. An “outbound transfer” moves funds from your Account to a linked bank account. For inbound transfers, we will debit your linked bank account and credit your Account with us on the next business day after you initiate the transfer. The funds you transfer to your Account will be made available to you on the fifth (5th) business day after the funds have been credited to your Account. For outbound transfers, we will debit your Account with us and credit your linked bank account on the next business day after you initiate the transfer. The financial institution that holds your linked bank account determines when those funds will be made available to you in your linked bank account. The cut-off time for both inbound and outbound transfers is 3:00 PM ET. Transfer requests that you make on a business day before the cut-off time will be considered initiated on that day. Transfer requests that you make after the cut-off time, or on a day that is not a business day, will be considered initiated the following business day. There are daily limits to the dollar amount of outbound transfers you can make. Please see sections 3.1 and 3.5. You agree that you will only attempt to link a bank account for which you have the authority to transfer funds. You also agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims by any person related to the linked bank account, including any other owner of the linked bank account. You may only link a bank account that is a deposit account, such as a checking, savings or money market account.

By linking a bank account, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims by any person related to the linked bank account, including any other owner of the linked bank account.   • Investment of Account Assets a. All contributions to the custodial account shall be invested in the shares of the Provident Trust Mutual Funds, Inc. or, if available, any other series of Provident Trust Mutual Funds, Inc. or other regulated investment companies for which Provident Trust Company serves as Investment Advisor or designates as being eligible for investment. Shares of stock of an Investment Company shall be referred to as “Investment Company Shares”.   • Bank Accounts The Custodian shall identify on its books as belonging to the applicable Fund cash (including cash denominated in foreign currencies) deposited with the Custodian. Where the Custodian is unable to maintain, or market practice does not facilitate the maintenance of, cash on the books of the Custodian, a bank account or bank accounts shall be opened and maintained outside the United States on behalf of a Portfolio with a Foreign Sub-Custodian. All accounts referred to in this Section shall be subject only to draft or order by the Custodian (or, if applicable, such Foreign Sub-Custodian) acting pursuant to the terms of this Agreement to hold cash received by or from or for the account of the Portfolio.   • Additional Procedures Applicable to High Value Accounts 1. If a Preexisting Individual Account is a High Value Account as of December 31, 2013, the Reporting [FATCA Partner] Financial Institution must complete the enhanced review procedures described in paragraph D of this section with respect to such account by December 31, 2014. If based on this review, such account is identified as a U.S. Reportable Account, the Reporting [FATCA Partner] Financial Institution must report the required information about such account with respect to 2013 and 2014 in the first report on the Account. For all subsequent years, information about the account should be reported on an annual basis.

  • Business Accounts If you are a business, any authorized user of your business is authorized on such terms, conditions, and agreements as we may require to: • enter into this Agreement, as amended from time to time; • access each account of yours in any manner and for any purpose available through the Service, whether now available or available at some time in the future; and • use any Online banking service in any manner and for any purpose available through the Service, whether now available or available at some time in the future.

  • Checking Accounts The Credit Union may refuse any check or other item drawn against your account or used to withdraw funds from your account if it is not on a form approved by us. We also reserve the right to refuse any check or other item drawn against your account or used to withdraw funds from your account if made in a manner not specifically authorized for your account, if made more frequently or in a greater number than specifically permitted for your account, or if made in an amount less than the minimum withdrawal or transfer specifically permitted for your account. If we accept a check or other item not on a form approved by us, you will be responsible for any loss by us in handling the item. We may pay checks or other items drawn upon your account in any order determined by us, even if paying a particular check or item results in an insufficient balance in your account to pay one or more other items that otherwise could have been paid out of your account. Because of the nature of the Credit Union check program, neither the Credit Union nor any other processing entities shall be responsible for the authenticity of the checks with regard to the signature or alterations; and checks, when presented, shall be paid without verification. We may disregard all information on or any writing or memorandum attached to any check or item except for your signature, the amount and the information that is magnetically encoded. You agree that we do not fail to use ordinary care because our procedures do not provide for sight examination. You will notify us immediately if you learn or have reason to know that any of your checks have been lost or stolen. If you are negligent in safeguarding your checks or if there is a processing problem due to your use of a check printer we do not approve, we will not have any liability or responsibility for any losses you incur as a result if we act in good faith pursuant to standard commercial practices.

  • Accounts Excluded from Financial Accounts The following accounts are excluded from the definition of Financial Accounts and therefore shall not be treated as U.S. Reportable Accounts.

  • Commingling, Exchange and Investment of the Contributions 2.1. The Contributions shall be accounted for as a single trust fund and shall be kept separate and apart from the funds of the Bank. The Contributions may be commingled with other trust fund assets maintained by the Bank.
