Funds and Accounts definition

Funds and Accounts means funds and accounts created pursuant to or referred to in Section 501
Funds and Accounts means funds and accounts created by or referred to in Section 501 hereof.

  • All moneys in any of the Funds and Accounts shall be invested in investment securities permitted by State law and the Authorizing Ordinance.

  • Any investments of moneys held to the credit of the Project Fund or the Bond Fund shall mature, be redeemable at the option of the owner or holder, or, in the case of repurchase agreement or similar contract, be available thereunder, not later than the respective dates when the money held to the credit of those Funds and Accounts will be required for the purpose intended.

  • The Trustee shall furnish to NVTC upon request (i) a statement of the Principal amount of Bonds Outstanding and unpaid as of the date of such request, (ii) the balance in each of the Funds and Accounts held by it pursuant to this Master Indenture and (iii) such information as may be necessary to complete the annual audit of NVTC as required by the Transportation District Act or to make any other report required by any other law now or hereafter in effect.

  • Additionally, for the payment of and further security for the principal, interest and Administrative Fee on the Bond, the City has established and agrees to maintain the Funds and Accounts to be administered in the manner set forth in the Authorizing Ordinance.
