Spending Account definition

Spending Account means a trust, where all funds, including any interest earned on those funds, remain in the possession and control of the Locomotive Operator; are dedicated solely to compliance with the Spending Account requirements; and are not comingled with any other funding source in this account. .
Spending Account or “Spruce Spending Account” means the Spruce-branded demand deposit checking account established for you at MetaBank.
Spending Account means any Account opened through Greenwood. Unless it would be inconsistent to do so, words and phrases used in this Agreement should be construed so that the singular includes the plural and the plural includes the singular.

Examples of Spending Account in a sentence

  • The Health Spending Account (HSA) will remain active for the duration of parental leave but no further credits will be contributed to the HSA during this time.

  • Any contribution made or withheld for the Health Flexible Spending Account or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account shall be credited to such fund or account.

  • The enrollment under the Cafeteria Plan shall constitute enrollment under this Health Flexible Spending Account.

  • The definitions of Article I are hereby incorporated by reference to the extent necessary to interpret and apply the provisions of this Health Flexible Spending Account.

  • Subject to limitations contained in Section 7.9 of this Program, and to the extent of the amount contained in the Participant's Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, a Participant who incurs Employment-Related Dependent Care Expenses shall be entitled to receive from the Employer full reimbursement for the entire amount of such expenses incurred during the Plan Year or portion thereof during which he is a Participant.

  • The Employer shall make available to each Participant an Employer Contribution to be used in the Participant's Health Flexible Spending Account an amount equal to $500 per individual who are not eligible for the HSA and others who may be grandfathered into this plan when waiving coverage.

  • Each Participant may elect to participate in the Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account option, in which case Article VII shall apply.


More Definitions of Spending Account

Spending Account means the Dependent Care Spending Account established under this Plan.
Spending Account means either a HCSA or a DCSA, which the Employer has elected to offer to Eligible Employees as a benefit under this Plan. Each Spending Account is a hypothetical bookkeeping account established by the Employer to track the contributions and the payment of Health Care Expenses and Dependent Care Expenses, as applicable.

  • Disbursement Account has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.1(e).

  • Pre-Funding Account means the account designated as the Pre-Funding Account in, and which is established and maintained pursuant to Section 7.07.
