TRANSFER AND PROMOTION 12.01 Transfer: No employee will be arbitrarily transferred to another location.
F1 Transfer and Sub-Contracting F1.1 Except where F1.4 and F1.5 applies, the Contractor shall not assign, sub- contract or in any other way dispose of the Contract or any part of it without prior Approval. Sub-contracting any part of the Contract shall not relieve the Contractor of any of its obligations or duties under the Contract.
TRANSFER AND SUB-CONTRACTING 31.1 This Framework Agreement is personal to the Supplier and the Supplier shall not assign, novate or otherwise dispose of or create any trust in relation to any or all rights and obligations under this Framework Agreement or any part thereof without the Approval.
TRANSFER AND COSTS 6.1 Transfer of the Property shall be effected by the Conveyancer as soon as possible after the fulfilment or waiver, as the case may be, of the Condition Precedent (if applicable) and as soon as possible after the Drakenstein Municipality or its successors in title has issued a rates clearance certificate in respect of the Property to the Seller for transfer purposes and on condition that the Purchaser has complied with all of his obligations in terms of this Agreement. The Purchaser acknowledges that owing to the complexities and interrelated steps involved in establishing the Development and registering title to all the prospective purchasers, it is beneficial and in the best interests of the Purchaser that the Conveyancers attend to the Transfer.
F4 Transfer and Sub-Contracting F4.1 Except where clauses F4.5 and F4.6 both apply, the Contractor shall not transfer, charge, assign, sub-contract or in any other way dispose of the Contract or any part of it without prior Approval. All such documents shall be evidenced in writing and shown to the Authority on request. Information Transfer and Storage Supplier will use Industry Standard encryption to encrypt Accenture Data that is in transit. Supplier will also use Industry Standard encryption to restrict access to Accenture Data stored on physical media that is transported outside of Supplier facilities.
Transfer and Ownership of Warrants (1) The Warrants may only be transferred on the register kept by the Warrant Agent at the Warrant Agency by the holder or its legal representatives or its attorney duly appointed by an instrument in writing in form and execution satisfactory to the Warrant Agent only upon (a) in the case of a Warrant Certificate, surrendering to the Warrant Agent at the Warrant Agency the Warrant Certificates representing the Warrants to be transferred together with a duly executed transfer form as set forth in Schedule “A” and (b) in the case of Book Entry Warrants, in accordance with procedures prescribed by the Depository under the book entry registration system, and (c) upon compliance with:
