Training Courses and On. the-Job Training – The Employer recognizes that education is a continuing process. Accordingly, the Employer will endeavour to provide skills training and professional development opportunities for Employees. The Employer agrees to provide information related to Board training courses appropriate for the member of this Bargaining Unit. The matter will be referred to the Labour Management Committee for discussion.
