Trademark Notice. The Develatio logo and Develatio, are registered trademarks or trademarks of Develatio Technologies SL, in the United States and/or other countries. All other trademarks referenced in the Software or Documentation are the property of their respective owners.

Licensees shall, and shall cause their Sublicensees to, use best commercial efforts to display on all Licensed Products, Packaging and advertising the license notice required by Licensor’s written instructions in effect as of the date of manufacture. Such instructions are provided to Licensee in Attachment T hereof.
Trademark Notice. “WisconsinEye,” “XxxxxxxxxXxx.xxx,” and other marks indicated on our Content or Site are trademarks of WisconsinEye (the “Marks”). WisconsinEye hereby grants you a limited, non- exclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable license to use the Marks solely as necessary to the exercise of your rights hereunder. You agree in connection with the rights granted herein not to use the Marks in connection with any product or service that is not WisconsinEye’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among the public, or in any manner that disparages or discredits WisconsinEye.
Trademark Notice. The Online System, the content therein, and all intellectual property pertaining thereto and contained therein (including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks and service marks) are owned by Centtrip or licensed through third parties, and all rights, title, and interest therein and thereto shall remain the property of Centtrip or of such third parties.
