Timing of application. A grant may be awarded for an eligible project not yet commenced. However, a grant for an initial application may not be awarded more than one year after the project is put in service.

(1) The requirements of the Equal Benefits Ordinance shall not apply to Contracts executed or amended prior to January 1, 2000, or to bid packages advertised and made available to the public, or any bids received by the City, prior to January 1, 2000, unless and until those Contracts are amended after January 1, 2000 and would otherwise be subject to the Equal Benefits Ordinance.

No herbicides shall be applied to these sites during periods when children or elderly are in occupation or arriving at or leaving the building or site. It is essential that no work is undertaken without the prior consent of the head teacher or managers. Consent shall be made by way of liaison by the Contract Administrator.
