Time Off For Medical. Examinations Pursuant to rules established by the Authority, time off for the purpose of medical examination, including examinations by the Bureau of Workers' Compen any peri required hours of resulting a memb sation, and/or treatments for approved claims resulting from an injury occurring30d6ur0i-n0g3 od of time the member was in paid status and performing services for the Au1t8h-oMriEtyD-01-0001 by the member’s employment, shall be charged to injury leave. A maximum ofKfo3u7r1(044) injury leave shall be allowed per scheduled physician's appointment and/or treatment from an on-the-job injury. The Director of Human Resources, or designee, may approve er’s request for injury leave of greater than four (4) hours for a scheduled physician's appointment or for treatment resulting from an approved claim, if the Director of Human Resources, or designee, determines that such request is supported by medical documentation. However, such medical documentation must be submitted to the Director of Human Resources, or designee, by the member prior to such appointment and/or treatment in order to be considered.

  • Transportation for Employees Transportation will be provided to employees who are required to work other than their normal working hours, and who must travel to or from their home during the hours between 11:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. and when convenient public transportation or other transportation facilities are not available.
