Approved Claims definition

Approved Claims means complete and timely claims, submitted by Settlement Class Members, that have been approved for payment by the Settlement Administrator.
Approved Claims means Settlement Claims in an amount approved by the Claims Administrator or found to be valid through the Dispute Resolution process.
Approved Claims means claims that have been timely submitted and approved for payment.

  • Payments for Approved Claims for reimbursement as set forth in Paragraph 39 shall be issued in the form of a check mailed and/or an electronic payment as soon as practicable after the allocation and distribution of funds are determined by the Settlement Administrator following the Effective Date.

  • The Settlement Administrator shall only make payments to Settlement Class Members who submit valid claims under Tier One or Tier Two as described in the verification process and such claims are also Approved Claims.

More Definitions of Approved Claims

Approved Claims means a claim as evidenced by a Claim Form submitted by a Class Member that (a) is timely and submitted in accordance with the directions on the Claim Form and the terms of this Agreement; (b) is physically signed or electronically verified by the Class Member; (c) satisfies the conditions of eligibility for a Settlement Benefit as set forth herein; and (d) has been approved by the Settlement Administrator.
