Third and Fourth Occurrence. For the third and fourth occurrence (if 618 within 12 months of the last) of contamination for a particular Container (i.e., Recyclable 619 Materials or Organic Waste), CONTACTOR shall provide a notice that contains instructions on 620 the proper procedures for setting out Recyclable Materials or Organic Waste, and 621 CONTRACTOR shall collect the contaminated Container and may charge the Service Recipient 622 a contamination fee as set forth in Exhibit 1. For any contamination fee charge being assessed, 623 CONTRACTOR must provide digital/visual documentation to the Service Recipient that clearly 624 documents the Service Recipient’s on-going contamination problems.

Third and Fourth Occurrence. For the third and fourth 703 occurrence (if both within 12 months of the last) of Overage for a particular container (i.e., Solid 704 Waste, Recyclable Material or Organic Waste), CONTACTOR shall collect the Overage, provide 705 the notice described in 3.14.3.1 above, and may charge the Service Recipient an Overage fee 706 as set forth in Exhibit 1. CONTRACTOR’s representative shall also contact the Service 707 Recipient by US mail, e-mail or in person to encourage the Customer to have the appropriate 708 level of service.
