Amendment and Waiver definition

Amendment and Waiver means the amendments to Sections 5.08 and 6.04 set forth in Article 3 of the Supplemental Indenture dated as of June , 2005 and the waiver of compliance with Sections 5.08 and 6.04 set forth in Article 4 of the Supplemental Indenture dated as of June , 2005.

Amendment and Waiver means the Amendment and Waiver to the Limited Liability Company Agreement between the Seller and Xxxxxx Hill to be entered into among the Seller and Xxxxxx Xxxx on or prior to the Closing Date in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Amendment and Waiver is defined in the preamble.

Examples of Amendment and Waiver in a sentence

Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page to this Amendment and Waiver by telecopier shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Amendment and Waiver.
