  • RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONSULTANT (a) The CONSULTANT shall be responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy, and the coordination of all services furnished by the CONSULTANT under this contract.   • Responsibility of the Parties 9.1. In the event of non-performance or improper performance of their obligations under this contract, the Parties shall be liable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
