THE HOUSE. In consideration of the rent payment to be paid by Tenant and of the other covenants and agreements herein contained, the Landlord rents to Tenant the House. Tenant shall use the House only for residential purposes. Tenant shall not use or allow the use of the House in any way that interferes with other tenants' use and enjoyment of the House or neighboring property. Tenant shall not use the House for any illegal or improper use. Additionally, the Tenant shall comply with all Zoning Ordinances, Protective Covenants and Deed Restrictions. The Tenant agrees that the House shall be a smoking environment. The Tenant shall be liable for any damage caused as a result of smoking. The Tenant agrees while pets are permitted in the House and he Tenant shall be liable for any damage caused as a result of smoking The Tenant acknowledges that they are exclusively responsible for any and all damage caused to the House by any pet residing in, or visiting the House. The House includes 2 bedrooms; 1 bathroom. Parking is available with the House. It is described as: Driveway accessible PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND DETAILS The Tenant agrees to pay a Monthly rate of Eight Hundred Fifty Dollars ($850 USD). Payment shall be made on or before: Last day of each month during the entire length of this Agreement. Payments shall be made at: 00000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, 00000, or at such other place as the Landlord and Tenant agree upon.

  • Open House All members of the bargaining unit will be required to attend one (1) open house scheduled for their buildings. Teachers will receive compensatory time for attendance in accordance with Section 2.5. In each building a committee shall be formed to plan the open house. Volunteers shall be solicited for participation in the planning process. Open House is a way to showcase the school building and the children’s classroom, along with providing general information and expectations of the class. Open House is not intended to be a parent-teacher conference.

  • Perth-Huron The Employer agrees that where there is risk of violence, an adequate level of trained Registered Nurses should be present. The Employer recognizes that workloads can lead to fatigue and a diminished ability, both to identify and to subsequently deal with potentially violent situation(s).
