Real Estate Brokers. (See also Paragraph 15)
Real Estate Brokers. Tenant represents that, except for the broker(s) listed in Section 1.1, Tenant has not dealt with any real estate broker, sales person, or finder in connection with this Lease, and no such person initiated or participated in the negotiation of this Lease, or showed the Premises to Tenant. Tenant hereby agrees to indemnify, protect, defend and hold Landlord and the Indemnitees, harmless from and against any and all liabilities and claims for commissions and fees arising out of a breach of the foregoing representation. Landlord agrees to pay any commission to which the brokers listed in Section 1.1 are entitled in connection with this Lease pursuant to Landlord’s written agreement with such broker.
Real Estate Brokers. Tenant represents that it has dealt with, and only with Van Vlissingen and Co., as broker in connection with this Amendment, and that, insofar as Tenant knows, no other broker negotiated this Amendment or is entitled to any commission in connection therewith. Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold Landlord harmless from all damages, liability and expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from any claims or demands of any other broker or brokers or finders in connection with its participating with Tenant in the negotiating of this Amendment.
Real Estate Brokers. Each party represents that it has not had dealings with any real estate broker, finder or other person with respect to this Lease in any manner, except for any broker named in the Basic Lease Information, whose fees or commission, if earned, shall be paid as provided in the Basic Lease Information. Each party shall hold harmless the other party from all damages resulting from any claims that may be asserted against the other party by any other broker, finder or other person with whom the other party has or purportedly has dealt.
Real Estate Brokers. Landlord and Tenant each represents and warrants to the other party that it has not authorized, retained or employed, or acted by implication to authorize, retain or employ, any real estate broker or salesman to act for it or on its behalf in connection with this Lease so as to cause the other party to be responsible for the payment of a brokerage commission, except for the Broker(s) identified in Article 1. Landlord and Tenant shall each indemnify, defend and hold the other party harmless from and against any and all claims by any real estate broker or salesman (other than the Brokers) whom the indemnifying party authorized, retained or employed, or acted by implication to authorize, retain or employ, to act for the indemnifying party in connection with this Lease.

Real Estate Brokers. Each party represents to the other that it has not dealt with any broker, agent, or finder in connection with this Lease and agrees to indemnify and hold the other harmless from all damages, liability and expense, including reasonable attorneysfees, arising from any claims or demands of any broker, agent or finder for any commission alleged to be due such broker, agent or finder in connection with its having introduced that party to the Premises or having participated in the negotiation of the sale and lease-back of the Premises.

Real Estate Brokers. Tenant hereby represents and warrants to Landlord that Tenant has not authorized or employed, or acted by implication to authorize or employ, any real estate broker or salesperson to act for it in connection with this Amendment and the extension of the Lease term contemplated herein, other than BT Commercial Real Estate representing Tenant. Tenant shall indemnify, defend and hold the Landlord harmless from and against any and all claims by any real estate broker or salesperson whom Tenant authorized or employed, or acted by implication to authorize or employ, to act for Tenant in connection with this Amendment, other than BT Commercial Real Estate.
