TESTING COORDINATOR. The District and the Federation agree to negotiate language creating a differential for the teacher leadership position of School Testing Coordinator as funds become available for the compensation of this position. The school testing coordinator:  Coordinates and organizes all testing activities at the school site.  Develops and orchestrates the testing schedule and testing logistics for the site.  Attends all mandatory district meetings to receive appropriate training in state testing guidelines  Provides appropriate training at the school site to individuals who will administer standardized tests to ensure proper testing protocols, procedures and test security measures are followed.  Maintains school-wide general test security.  Coordinates and consults with the school principal on any and all testing irregularities.  Reports all testing irregularities to the district testing manager.  Coordinates with the head special education teacher to ensure that appropriate testing accommodations are made available for special education students who require such accommodations.  Coordinates with the ELL teachers to ensure that appropriate testing environments are made available for ELL students.

TESTING COORDINATOR. The Testing Coordinator’s responsibilities include organizing the administration of standardized testing from 3rd - 12th grade; coordinating the schedules, room assignments, and proctors for standardized tests; managing and securing testing materials; collaborating with faculty, learning coordinators, and the administration.   • Program Coordinator An individual designated by the program director to assist the program director in managing Match activities.

  • Project Coordinator 3. Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected. Each Project Coordinator shall be responsible for overseeing the implementation of this Consent Agreement and for designating a person to act in his/her absence. All communications between Respondent and DTSC, and all documents, report approvals, and other correspondence concerning the activities performed pursuant to this Consent Agreement shall be directed through the Project Coordinators.   • Scheduling Coordinator Buyer shall act as the Scheduling Coordinator for the Project. In that regard, Buyer and Seller shall agree to the following:

  • Project Coordination The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality and consistency of deliverables and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.

  • Coordinators The contractor shall assign coordinators as needed to coordinate At-Sea Monitor deployment and provide At-Sea Monitor support services. The coordinator shall be designated as key personnel under this contract (per section H.8). All coordinators are required to maintain current At-Sea Monitor Certification. Ensure that all key personnel attend any refresher trainings for At-Sea Monitors. For a specific job description see Section J, Attachment 2, Labor Category Classifications and Job Descriptions.

  • Care Coordination The Parties’ subcontract shall require that the Enrollee’s CP Care Coordinator provide ongoing care coordination support to the Enrollee in coordination with the Enrollee’s PCP and other providers as set forth in Section 2.6.

  • Security Coordinator Provider shall provide the name and contact information of Provider’s Security Coordinator for the Student Data received pursuant to the DPA.

  • Project Manager The term “Project Manager” refers to the employee of the State who has been assigned responsibility for overseeing and managing the proper and timely implementation of the project.
