Temporary Housing of Station 1 Personnel. If construction of Station 1 is not completed prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement, Contractor shall house Contractor’s personnel assigned to Station 1 until Station 1 is completed and operational. Contractor shall provide such housing for up to sixty (60) days from the Effective Date of this Agreement at no cost to the City. If Station 1 is not operational within sixty (60) days from the Effective Date of this Agreement, City shall pay to Contractor housing costs for the Station 1 personnel as follows: • $3,833 per month The monthly rate set forth herein is inclusive of all costs associated with housing Contractor’s personnel assigned to Station 1, including but not limited to rent and utilities. The monthly rate charged to City shall be pro-rated based upon the number of days housing is required for the Station 1 personnel. At the present time, the City of Costa Mesa, as a sub-grantee of Federal funds under a variety of programs, is required to abide by this Act. The City Council has expressed its support of the national effort to eradicate drug abuse through the creation of a Substance Abuse Committee, institution of a City-wide D.A.R.E. program in all local schools and other activities in support of a drug-free community. This policy is intended to extend that effort to contractors and grantees of the City of Costa Mesa in the elimination of dangerous drugs in the workplace.

  • File Management and Record Retention relating to CRF Eligible Persons or Households Grantee must maintain a separate file for every applicant, Eligible Person, or Household, regardless of whether the request was approved or denied.

  • Coordination, Oversight and Monitoring of Service Providers As set forth in the Administrative Services Agreement between the Fund and CRMC, CRMC shall coordinate, monitor and oversee the activities performed by the Service Providers with which AFS contracts.   • Tenants Selection of Contractors Tenant hereby agrees to the retention by Landlord of Erland Construction, Inc., on behalf of Tenant, for the construction of the Tenant Improvements ("Contractor"). Tenant further agrees that Contractor will be retained on a construction management basis at a fee equal to three and nine-tenths percent (3.9%) of the cost of Tenant Improvements. Contractor shall retain only subcontractors designated by Landlord in connection with any structural, fire sprinkler, or heating, air-conditioning or ventilation work to be performed in the Premises or for any work to be done to the Base Building or the Building Systems.

  • Substitution of Key Personnel Consultant has represented to City that certain key personnel will perform and coordinate the Services under this Agreement.
