Temporary Employee Benefits. 19.01 Notwithstanding anything hereinbefore contained all employees in the "Temporary Service" who have completed six (6) months of continuous service or six (6) months of aggregate service with the City shall be entitled to all benefits accorded herein to employees in the "Permanent Service" .
