Technical Revie w of Draft TM #. 5 Meeting Consultant shall arrange and attend a meeting to review Draft TM #5 by Incorporated Cities and County technical staff. Consultant shall prepare and deliver a presentation focused on elements of Draft TM #5 that have potential to affect operation on County and Incorporated Cities’ facilities within the Project Area. At least two Consultant team members must attend the Technical Review of Draft TM #5 Meeting. Technical Review of Draft TM #5 Meeting must occur within two weeks of delivery of Draft Memorandum #5 to the PMT unless a later date is approved by the APM and Consultant in writing.

  • Technical Bulletins A Technical Bulletin (TB) will be used to explain updated processes, provisions or monitoring requirements as Florida Housing receives updates, clarification and additional guidance with respect to the CRF funds. TBs will also be used to clarify, discuss, interpret, and provide guidance for contract administration issues related to this Agreement. TBs will be posted at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/about-florida-housing/florida- housing's-coronavirus-relief-fund, and Grantee is encouraged to regularly check for TBs.

  • TECHNICAL EVALUATION (a) Detailed technical evaluation shall be carried out by Purchase Committee pursuant to conditions in the tender document to determine the substantial responsiveness of each tender. For this clause, the substantially responsive bid is one that conforms to all the eligibility and terms and condition of the tender without any material deviation. The Institute’s determination of bid’s responsiveness is to be based on the contents of the bid itself without recourse to extrinsic evidence. The Institute shall evaluate the technical bids also to determine whether they are complete, whether required sureties have been furnished, whether the documents have been properly signed and whether the bids are in order.

  • Technical References Technical References that describe the practices, procedures and specifications for certain services (and the applicable interfaces relating thereto) are listed on Schedule 2.3 (the “Technical Reference Schedule”) to assist the Parties in meeting their respective responsibilities hereunder.
