Teaching Responsibility and Office Subbing. 1. When the Paraprofessional serves as the primary substitute teacher he/she will receive his/her salary plus an additional thirty-five dollars ($35) per day or twenty- five dollars ($25) for less than three hours per day. Effective January 1, 2024, Paraprofessional substitute differential shall be thirty-five dollars ($35) per day when a Paraprofessional serves as a primary substitute teacher for at least thirty (30) minutes but less than three (3) hours per day. This differential shall be forty-five dollars ($45) per day when a Paraprofessional serves as a primary substitute teacher for three (3) hours or more in a day.

The prime contractor may delegate facilitation of contract orders to their “Authorized/Certified Dealers” only. This delegation will in no way relieve the contractor of any contractual obligations set forth in this Contract Award.
