Common use of Tangible Personal Property Clause in Contracts

Tangible Personal Property. All furniture, fixtures, equipment, machinery and other tangible personal property (other than Inventory and Vehicles) used or held for use in the conduct of the Business at the locations at which the Business is conducted or at customers' premises on consignment, or otherwise used or held for use by Seller (or its applicable subsidiaries) in the conduct of the Business (including but not limited to the items set forth on Schedule 1(a)(v), including any of the foregoing purchased subject to any conditional sales or title retention agreement in favor of any other Person (the "Tangible Personal Property"));

Tangible Personal Property. All furniture, fixtures, equipment, machinery and other tangible personal property (other than Inventory and Vehicles) used or held for use in the conduct of the Business (other than Inventory and Vehicles) at the locations at which the Business is conducted or at customers' premises on consignment, or otherwise used or held for use by Seller (or its applicable subsidiaries) MSX in the conduct of the Business (including but not limited to the items set forth on Schedule 1(a)(vlisted in Section 2.01(a)(v) of the Disclosure Schedule), including any of the foregoing purchased subject to any conditional sales or title retention agreement in favor of any other Person (the "Tangible Personal Property"));.

Tangible Personal Property. All furniture, fixtures, equipment, machinery and other tangible personal property (other than Inventory and Vehiclesvehicles and except as otherwise provided in Section 1.1(b)) used or held for use in the conduct of the Business at the locations at which the Business is conducted or at customers' ’ premises on consignment, or otherwise used or held for use by Seller (or its applicable subsidiaries) in the conduct of the Business (including but not limited to the items set forth on Schedule 1(a)(vlisted in Section 1.1(a)(iv) of the Disclosure Schedule), including any of the foregoing purchased subject to any conditional sales or title retention agreement in favor of any other Person (the "“Tangible Personal Property")”);

Tangible Personal Property. All furniture, fixtures, equipment, machinery and other tangible personal property (other than Inventory and Vehicles) used or held for use primarily in the conduct of the Business at the locations at which the Business is conducted or at customers' ’ premises on consignment, or otherwise used or held for use by any Asset Seller (or its applicable subsidiaries) primarily in the conduct of the Business (including but not limited to the items set forth on Schedule 1(a)(v), including any of the foregoing purchased subject to any conditional sales or title retention agreement in favor of any other Person (the "“Asset Seller Tangible Personal Property")”);

Tangible Personal Property. All furniture, fixtures, equipment, machinery and other tangible personal property (other than Inventory and Vehicles) used or held for use in the conduct of the Business at the locations at which the Business is conducted or at customers' ’ premises on consignment, or otherwise used or held for use by Seller (or its applicable subsidiaries) Targets in the conduct of the Business (including but not limited to the items set forth on Schedule 1(a)(vlisted in Section 1.1(a)(i) of the Disclosure Schedule), including any of the foregoing purchased subject to any conditional sales or title retention agreement in favor of any other Person (the "“Tangible Personal Property")”);

Tangible Personal Property. All furniture, fixtures, equipment, machinery machinery, spare parts and other tangible personal property (property, other than Inventory and Vehicles) Inventory, used or held for use in the conduct of the Business at the locations location at which the Business is conducted or at suppliers' premises or customers' premises on consignment, consignment or otherwise used or held for use by Seller (or its applicable subsidiaries) in the conduct of the Business (including but not limited to the items set forth on Schedule 1(a)(v)Business, including any of the foregoing purchased subject to any conditional sales or title retention agreement in favor of any other Person (the "Tangible Personal Property"));

Tangible Personal Property. All equipment, machinery, furniture, fixtures, equipment, machinery fixtures and other tangible personal property (other than Inventory and VehiclesInventory) used or held for use in the conduct of the Business at the locations at which the Business is conducted or at customers' ’ premises on consignment, or otherwise used or held for use by Seller (or its applicable subsidiaries) Company in the conduct of the Business (including but not limited to the items set forth on listed in Schedule 1(a)(v2.1(a)), including any of the foregoing purchased subject to any conditional sales or title retention agreement in favor of any other Person (the "“Tangible Personal Property")”);

Tangible Personal Property. All furniture, fixtures, equipment, machinery and other tangible personal property (other than Inventory and Vehicles) used or held for use in the conduct of the Business at the locations at which the Business is conducted or at customers' ’ premises on consignment, or otherwise used or held for use by Seller (or its applicable subsidiaries) Targets in the conduct of the Business (including but not limited to the items set forth on Schedule 1(a)(vlisted in Section 1.1(a)(ii) of the Disclosure Schedule), including any of the foregoing purchased subject to any conditional sales or title retention agreement in favor of any other Person (the "“Tangible Personal Property")”);

Tangible Personal Property. All furniture, fixtures, equipment, machinery machinery, motor vehicles, and other tangible personal property (other than Inventory and Vehicles) used or held for use in the conduct of the Business at the locations at which the Business is conducted or at suppliers' premises or customers' premises on consignmentpremises, or otherwise used or held for use by Seller (or its applicable subsidiaries) in the conduct of the Business (including but not limited to the items set forth on Schedule 1(a)(v)Seller, including any of the foregoing purchased subject to any conditional sales or title retention agreement in favor of any other Person (the "Tangible Personal Property"));

Tangible Personal Property. All furniture, fixtures, equipment, machinery and other tangible personal property (other than Inventory and VehiclesInventory) owned by Seller used or held for use in the conduct of the Business at the locations at which the Business is conducted or at customers' ’ premises on consignment, or otherwise used or held for use by Seller (or its applicable subsidiaries) in the conduct of the Business (including but not limited to the items set forth on Schedule 1(a)(vlisted in Section 1.01(a)(iv) of the Disclosure Schedule), including any of the foregoing purchased subject to any conditional sales or title retention agreement in favor of any other Person (the "“Tangible Personal Property")”);

Tangible Personal Property. All furniture, fixtures, equipment, machinery and other tangible personal property (other than Inventory and Vehicles) used or held for use in the conduct of the Business at the locations at which the Business is conducted or at customers' premises on consignment, or otherwise used or held for use by Seller (or its applicable subsidiaries) either Deckxx xx Van Houten in the conduct of the Business (including but not limited to the items set forth on Schedule 1(a)(vlisted in Section 1.01(a)(v) of the Disclosure Schedule), including any of the foregoing purchased subject to any conditional sales or title retention agreement in favor of any other Person (the "Tangible Personal Property"));

Tangible Personal Property. All furniture, fixtures, equipment, machinery and other tangible personal property (other than Inventory and Vehicles) Inventory, used or held for use in the conduct of the Business at the locations location at which the Business is conducted or, to the extent relevant, at suppliers' premises or at customers' premises on consignment, or otherwise used or held for use by the Seller (or its applicable subsidiaries) in the conduct of the Business (including but not limited to the items set forth on Schedule 1(a)(v)Business, including any of the foregoing purchased subject to any conditional sales or title retention agreement in favor of any other Person (which shall include but not be limited to the "Tangible Personal Property"))tangible personal property set forth on Schedule 1.1(d) annexed hereto;

Tangible Personal Property. All owned furniture, fixtures, equipment, machinery and other tangible personal property (other than Inventory and Vehicles) used in or held for use relating to the Business, whether at, or in the conduct of the Business at transit to or from, the locations at which the Business is conducted or located at customers' any customer's premises (on consignment, consignment or otherwise used or held for use by Seller (or its applicable subsidiaries) in the conduct of the Business (including but not limited to the items set forth on Schedule 1(a)(votherwise), including any of the foregoing purchased subject to any conditional sales or title retention agreement in favor of any other Person Person, other than the tangible personal property listed in Section 1.01(b)(v) of Sellers' Disclosure Schedule (the "Tangible Personal Property"));

Tangible Personal Property. All equipment, machinery, furniture, fixtures, equipment, machinery fixtures and other tangible personal property (other than Inventory and VehiclesInventory) used or held for use in the conduct of the Business at the locations at which the Business is conducted or at customers' premises on consignment, or otherwise used or held for use by Seller (or its applicable subsidiaries) in the conduct of the Business (including but not limited to the items set forth on Schedule 1(a)(vlisted in Section 1.01(a)(ii) of Seller's Disclosure Schedule), including any of the foregoing purchased subject to any conditional sales or title retention agreement in favor of any other Person (the "Tangible Personal Property"));

Tangible Personal Property. All furniture, fixtures, equipment, machinery and other tangible personal property (other than Inventory and Vehicles) used or held for use in the conduct of the Business at the locations at which the Business is conducted or at customers' premises on consignment, or otherwise used or held for use by either Seller (or its applicable subsidiaries) in the conduct of the Business (including but not limited to the items set forth on Schedule 1(a)(vlisted in Section 1.01(a)(v) of the Disclosure Schedule), including any of the foregoing purchased subject to any conditional sales or title retention agreement in favor of any other Person (the "Tangible Personal Property"));

Tangible Personal Property. All furniture, fixtures, equipment, machinery and other tangible personal property (other than Inventory and VehiclesInventory) used or held for use in the conduct of the Business at the locations at which the Business is conducted or at customers' ’ premises on consignment, or otherwise used or held for use by any Seller (directly or its applicable subsidiariesindirectly through a Subsidiary) in the conduct of the Business (including but not limited to the items set forth on Schedule 1(a)(vlisted in Section 1.01(a)(iii) of the Disclosure Schedule), including any of the foregoing purchased subject to any conditional sales or title retention agreement in favor of any other Person (the "“Tangible Personal Property")”);

Tangible Personal Property. All In addition to the Inventory separately described above, all furniture, fixtures, equipment, tooling, molds, and dyes, machinery and other tangible personal property (other than Inventory and Vehicles) used or held primarily for use in the conduct of the Business or which are held at the locations primary location at which the Business is conducted conducted, including those located at suppliers' premises or at customers' premises on consignment, or otherwise used or held for use by Seller (or its applicable subsidiaries) the Company in the conduct of the Business (including but not limited to the items set forth on Schedule 1(a)(v)Business, including any of the foregoing purchased subject to any conditional sales or title retention agreement in favor of any other Person (the "Tangible Personal Property")purchased, all as set forth on Schedule 2.1(e);
