System Test Procedures. A test procedure and a recording form which documents every step of the system test shall be submitted for approval under the terms of the "Shop Drawings" clause of this contract. Test procedures must be approved prior to requesting a date for testing. Each step in the test procedure shall be witnessed by the Contracting Officer's Representative who shall then date and sign the approved recording form for each step witnessed. The procedure shall consist of step by step instructions for testing all specified system parameters, system components, and proper overall functioning of the system.
