System Test. Pathnet shall (i) perform an end-to-end Bit Error Rate test of the message one radio for a 24-hour period and an end-to-end Bit Error Rate test of the protect radio for 1 hour, (ii) verify equipped channel units through microwave system, (iii) verify performance of Order Wires and Wayside Channels, and (iv) verify performance of the alarm points function throughout the System.

System Test. Section 7 of this document provides a step-by-step procedure for complete final factory test of the 6 MeV Extended Guide Industrial Linear Accelerator X-ray System. It is assumed that complete system checks out, debug and calibration has been accomplished prior to the start of this test. Although the test steps have been placed in logical sequence, it is not a requirement of this test to perform the test steps in that order. All data must be entered in ink. No erasures or “white-outs” are allowed. No writeovers are to be used when correcting errors. Entries may be lined out, initialed, and new data entered with appropriate explanation on the same page.
System Test. Parent Group and Tronox Group shall test each IT System for successful functionality and shall use commercially reasonable efforts to demonstrate functionality consistent with historical functionality. Such testing shall be conducted by Parent Group and Tronox Group in cooperation with each other and results of such testing, accompanied by proposed follow-up action, shall be shared by the Tronox Group and Parent Group. In the event that such tests and demonstrations are not deemed successful, the parties’ obligations under this paragraph shall continue, and such tests shall be repeated at intervals of not more than 15 days, until such time as such tests are successful. The parties agree that a test of an IT System shall be deemed successful when such IT System operates, on a stand-alone basis, in a manner consistent with its operation immediately prior to the Closing Date. Once such tests are deemed successful in accordance with the terms of this paragraph, Parent Group’s obligations under Section 2 of this Exhibit A shall terminate.

The primary focus of system test is to ensure that the product under test operates properly in the supported environment(s) in accordance with the stated expectations of reliability, performance, availability and serviceability under stress and multiple user conditions. In addition, system test is to ensure that all Error Corrections/enhancements, as well as base Object Code functions from previous versions/releases, work properly in customer-like environments created. Buyer shall be given the opportunity to review and comment on any and all system test plans produced by or for Supplier for the Deliverables under this SOW.
