Suspension or Termination by Us. We may terminate this Agreement and close your BMO Xxxxxx account for any reason or no reason at any time upon notice to you. We may terminate Online Banking services as provided in the Service Agreement. We may also suspend or discontinue the Services at any time for any reason, including if you or your accounts are not eligible for the Services, if we believe you are in breach of the Service Agreement, this Agreement, or your Account Agreement with us, or in the event your mobile service terminates or lapses.
Suspension or Termination by Us. We can suspend or terminate the Services or our Agreement in the circumstances described below. In the case of termination, clause 10.2.3 (Impact of termination by you or us) will apply.

Without limiting the foregoing, we may suspend the Service and access to your Account (including without limitation the funds in your Account) if (a) you have violated the terms of this Agreement, (b) you pose an unacceptable credit or fraud risk to us, or (c) you provide false, incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information (including without limitation any registration and contact information and/or any Product Information) or (d) otherwise engage in fraudulent or illegal conduct.

Suspension or Termination by Us. If you violate any terms of this Addendum or any other Account Documentation you have with us, you agree that we may suspend or terminate your access to Wings Mobile. We further reserve the right, under certain circumstances, to deny access to Wings Mobile, or to deny the processing of requested transactions initiated through Wings Mobile, in order to maintain or restore security to Wings Mobile and our systems. We may do so if we reasonably believe your Security Information (defined in Section III.A. below) has been or may be compromised or is being used or may be used by an unauthorized person(s). Also, if you do not use Wings Mobile for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, we may, in our discretion, terminate your access without prior notice to you.

We further reserve the right to deny access to CU Online, or to deny the processing of requested transactions initiated through CU Online, in order to maintain or restore security to CU Online and our systems, e.g., if we reasonably believe there may be a high level of risk associated with your Account(s). We may also do so if we reasonably believe your Security Information has been or may be compromised or is being used or may be used by an unauthorized person(s). Also, if you do not use CU Online for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, we may, in our discretion, terminate your access without prior notice to you.

Subject to the provisions of Section 15.7, in the event of a Serious Breach of the performance of this Agreement by You (as determined by Us, acting reasonably and in good faith), We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement by giving You three (3) months written notice (or such other written notice period as may be agreed by You and Us).
