Common use of Suspension or Termination by Us Clause in Contracts

Suspension or Termination by Us. We may suspend or terminate this Agreement and close your Account for any reason at any time. Without limiting the foregoing, we may suspend the Service and access to your Account (including without limitation the funds in your Account) if (a) you have violated the terms of this Agreement, (b) you pose an unacceptable credit or fraud risk to us, or (c) you provide false, incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information (including without limitation any registration and contact information and/or any Product Information) or (d) otherwise engage in fraudulent or illegal conduct.
