Survival of Certain Rights and Obligations. Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, neither party shall have any further rights or obligations under this Agreement, except that Articles 12, 16, 17, and 21 shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
Survival of Certain Rights and Obligations. Sections 1.7, 2 and 3 above shall survive any termination of this --------------------- Agreement and continue in full force and effect as is necessary or appropriate to enforce the covenants and agreements of each party. The existence of any claim or cause of action by the Executive against the Company, whether predicated on this Agreement or otherwise, shall not constitute a defense to the enforcement by the Company of the covenants and agreements of Sections 2 and 3 ---------- - above.
Survival of Certain Rights and Obligations. The obligations under Article 5, Article 6, Article 8, Article 9, Article 10, this Article 11.3 and Article 12 shall survive any expiration or other termination of this Agreement in accordance with their terms.
Survival of Certain Rights and Obligations. The rights and obligations of the parties hereto pursuant to Paragraphs 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 4.6, 5.1, 5.2, 5.8, 5.10, 5.11 and 5.13 hereof shall survive the termination of the Agreement.

The respective parties’ remedies, payment obligations, indemnities, waivers and releases under this Lease, with respect to Tenant’s use or possession of the Premises during the Term and any holdover period, and with respect any cost or expense incurred during or with respect to the Term or any holdover period, shall survive the termination of this Lease.

Survival of Certain Rights and Obligations. The Executive's rights under Article VI hereof, and his obligations under Sections 8.11, 8.12 and 8.13 hereof, shall survive the termination of the Executive's employment and/or the termination of this Agreement.

The parties hereby acknowledge and agree that the 1993 Thrust Reverser Agreement and any and all implementing agreements related thereto (including, without limitation, the related License Agreement and the Thrust Reverser Product Support Agreement) constitute Transferred Assets and that, with the exceptions set forth in the next sentence, the liabilities and obligations of LM associated with the 1993 Thrust Reverser Agreement that otherwise meet the definition of "Assumed Liabilities" in Exhibit I and which are not Excluded Liabilities constitute Assumed Liabilities. Notwithstanding the foregoing or anything to the contrary in Article XXVII of the 1993 Thrust Reverser Agreement, from and after the Closing, LM shall continue to be bound only by the obligations set forth in the third and fourth sentences of Article VIII A, and paragraphs B - E of Article VIII (Information and Data) and Article XX (Release of Information) of the 1993 Thrust Reverser Agreement as provided therein, and the provisions of Article XXIX (Miscellaneous) thereof shall continue to apply with respect to such obligations.
