Supplemental Work Days. Each employee shall be paid a supplemental contract for five (5) additional 7.5 non-student work days beyond the base contract year at the employee’s full per diem rate of pay. Because of the importance of the collaborative and professional development work on these days, neither the compensation nor the expected work time shall be pro-rated for part-time staff.
Supplemental Work Days. Additionally, one (1) of the four (4) supplemental work days "intended to provide training and in-service" as described in section 7.3.B.1 of our CBA will not be used for training for the 2020-21 school year, but will be allocated for additional planning and implementation time, at the discretion of the individual.
