The "Sundays" clause defines how Sundays are treated within the context of the agreement, typically regarding deadlines, performance obligations, or business operations. For example, it may specify that if a deadline falls on a Sunday, the due date is automatically extended to the next business day, or that certain activities are not required or permitted on Sundays. This clause ensures clarity and consistency in the interpretation of timeframes and obligations, preventing confusion or disputes related to actions scheduled on Sundays.
Sundays. Employees shall receive a shift differential of eight percent (8%) per hour to a maximum of three dollars ($3.00) per hour, in addition to their regular rate of pay for all hours worked on Sundays.
Sundays. (a) An Employee called back to work on a Sunday must, for the first call-back, be paid for a minimum of 4 hours’ work at 200% of the minimum hourly rate. Each subsequent call-back must be paid at the rate of 200% of the minimum hourly rate for the actual time worked.
Sundays. Employees hired prior to December 3, 2010, shall receive time and one- third (1-1/3) the straight-time hourly rate for all hours worked on Sunday. Employees hired on or after December 3, 2010, shall receive $1.00 per hour over the employee’s regular straight-time wage rate for all hours worked on Sunday. However, any hour paid at time and one half (1x1/2) or greater on Sunday shall not count as a qualifying hour for daily or weekly overtime.
Sundays. All work performed on Sunday shall be paid at double time.
Sundays. 24.2.1. All time worked on a Sunday must be paid for at the rate of double time.
24.2.2. An employee required to work overtime on a Sunday must be afforded at least four hours’ work or must be paid for four hours at the appropriate rate, except where such overtime is worked immediately prior to or at the conclusion of ordinary hours of work.
Sundays. (a) All ordinary time worked on a Sunday must be paid for at 200% of the minimum hourly rate for full-time and part-time Employees.
(b) All ordinary time worked on a Sunday by a casual Employee will be paid at the rate of 225% of the minimum hourly rate payable to full-time and part- time Employees.
(c) An Employee required to work overtime on a Sunday must be given at least 4 hours’ work or must be paid 4 hours at the rate in Clause 7.10.2 (a) or Clause 7.10.2 (b), except where such overtime is worked immediately before or after ordinary hours of work.

(b) All ordinary time worked on a Sunday by a casual Employee will be paid at the rate of 225% of the minimum hourly rate payable to full-time and part- time Employees.
(c) An Employee required to work ordinary hours on a Sunday is entitled to not less than 4 hours’ pay.
Sundays. Food Service staff required to work Sundays shall be paid at a double time rate.
Sundays. All casual employees required to commence work on a Sunday, will be paid at the rate of double time for all hours worked, with a minimum payment of four hours. Where a casual employee commences work on a Saturday and continues to work without a break on a Sunday, the minimum four hour call for work performed on a Sunday as prescribed in clause 24(a) will not apply. The maximum penalty paid for working on a Sunday will be double time.

An employee shall not be entitled to a minimum payment in respect of each separate period of overtime worked within twelve (12) hours of the commencement of the first period of overtime.
