Common use of Sundays Clause in Contracts

Sundays. 24.2.1. All time worked on a Sunday must be paid for at the rate of double time. 24.2.2. An employee required to work overtime on a Sunday must be afforded at least four hours’ work or must be paid for four hours at the appropriate rate, except where such overtime is worked immediately prior to or at the conclusion of ordinary hours of work.
