Sundays. (a) An Employee called back to work on a Sunday must, for the first call-back, be paid for a minimum of 4 hours’ work at 200% of the minimum hourly rate. Each subsequent call-back must be paid at the rate of 200% of the minimum hourly rate for the actual time worked.
