Sunday Premium Pay. 1. A regular Full-time Associate who is required to work on Sunday as part of their normal work week shall be paid for the hours worked by that Associate or for seven and one-half (7.5) hours, whichever is more. (This will not result in an Associate being reduced from Full-time.)
