SUMMIT STREET IMPROVEMENT PLAN. The Parties acknowledge that the area of Summit Street from Washington Street on the south to Cherry Street on the north (the “Summit Street Commercial Corridor”), provides a vital commercial access-way not only to the Riverfront Site, but to venues along this Summit Street corridor including Fifth Third Field, Huntington Center, One SeaGate, the Xxxxx Corning world headquarters, Imagination Station, and the two existing downtown hotels – Park Inn and the Grande Plaza Hotel. Summit Street parallels the west bank of the Maumee River and provides the most utilized north-south circulation route in the downtown area. With this background, the Parties commit to developing and implementing a streetscape improvement plan for this area of Summit Street as follows:
