The Buyer acknowledges that any use of the Property for a commercial purpose requires a standard ▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Commercial Access Permit for use of either the existing access or a relocated access from the Property onto County State Aid Highway 61 (“CSAH 61”), or vice versa.
