SUBMISSION OF XXXX. The Tenderer will submit duly certified bills on monthly basis in the office of Business head in triplicate. The work done shall be verified and certified by site in-charge, Manager (Mines) and the same to be forwarded to Manager (F), I/C who will forward the same to Business Head for approval. Deductions as per terms of work order or statutory requirements shall be made. Payment shall be made as per payment schedule within 30 days of submission of bills based on the Transit Permit quantity (TP). Any variation in rates, imposition of new taxes, levies, duties, etc after awarding the work order but within the currency of original schedule completion period shall be to the account of OMDC.

Tenderer shall have to arrange the movement as per the movement plan on rake to rake basis. Increase in transportation rates during the contract period or extended period of contract shall be considered only if there is increase in diesel rate by Government of India. The increase shall be allowed as per the formula given in the relevant clause of General terms and conditions of the tender document. The same formula shall be applicable for Truck operators unions / Transport Cooperatives also.
