A "Feeder Sub-Loop" means a DS1 or DS3 transmission path over a feeder facility in Verizon’s network between a Verizon end office and either a Verizon remote terminal equipment enclosure (an "RTEE") that subtends such end office or a Verizon feeder distribution interface (such an interface, an "FDI") that subtends the end office.
